How to Use (PicoStick)
Installation
No installation is needed. Just download and saves the executable file into your desktop or any other directories of your choice. You can even run it on your USB memory stick!
Creating a Memo or Reminder
Right-click the utility tray icon. A pop-up menu will appear where you can click "New" to create a new sticker. Type your memo or reminder and it done!
Moving the stickers
To move any of the stickers, just double-click the border of the sticker. The cursor will change to a four-direction arrow (moving/sizing) type. You can drag the sticker to any area of your computer desktop.
Show and hide the sticker
You can either double-click the utility tray icon to show and then double-click the icon again to hide it. Very fast and useful if you only want to have a glance of all the stickers.
Or you can right-click the utility tray icon, to have a pop-up menu appear. Click "Show" or "Hide" menu item to show or hide all of your stickers.
Delete the sticker
To delete any of your sticker, right-click the border of that particular sticker and a pop-up menu will appear near the area where you just click. Click the "Delete" menu item to have your sticker deleted.
Select a different font type
To select a different font type, right-click the utility tray icon, and a pop-up menu will appear. Click the "Select font ..." menu item to bring out the "Choose Font" dialog box. Choose a new font of your choice and you will have your new font ready!
Saving Stickers
The utility is able to remember all the stickers you have created, and there is no further needs for you to save or load it when you next run the utility.
Running the utility on portable storage devices
If you want to run the utility on your USB memory stick, you need to copy the data directory (including the data file) to the same directory with the utility program executable file. You can then bring it to anywhere you want!
The data directory name is "Picofactory". It located under the current user's "Application Data" directory. Just copy the directory "Picofactory" to the same directory with the utility executable and you are done!
PS:If you have difficulty in locating the directory. You can use Window Explorer to search for directory using the keyword "Picofactory".
